What Causes Frequent Urination With White Blood Cells In Urine?
I am suffering from UTI type of symptoms since last 1.5 months. Initially a culture was negative but i was put on 2 different types of antibiotics which did not provide a result. Recently urine showed 2-4 white blood cells. I was given nitrofurantoin which again did not give a result. I am having frequency in passing urine and discomfort.

Though you have not mentioned your age and gender, 2-4 pus cells in urine may not be significant. Urine sample should be collected mid stream, so that it does not contaminate with white blood cells from vaginal discharge. Frequency of urine can be due to vaginal discharge. In case of men, frequency of urine can be due to Prostate infection, and urine can show few white blood cells. So, In my opinion, your frequency of urine may not be related to occasional white blood cells, and should explore for other causes, and treat accordingly.
