Urologist 's  Response
Abdominal pain with white particles in urine can be significant finding. Are u Diabetic. Do u also have burning sensation in urine or fever or chills. What is ur urine routine and culture and ultrasound KUB reports.
My first differential diagnosis would be pyelonephritis. Second can be stone disease with renal infection. U need to treat ur infection with culture sensitive antibiotics probably intravenous depending on severity of infection. u must visit urologist or can follow up with reports.
