Two days ago I started burning sensation and a quick cramp not during urination but when almost finshed urinating and today I started seeing blood spotting after wiping and the urge to urinate frequently even after i had just urinated I a m not sure what it is and never had anything like that before. A week ago I went to my GYN and had my annual check up and STD and all came back negative. Could you please help with an answer of what is going on til I see a urologist
You may need proper clinical examination and routine investigations. Investigations include routine hemogram,renal function test,ultrasound of abdomen,urine RE/ME and culture/sensitivity. Nitrite test and leukocyte esterase test can be done for confirmation of UTI.
You may need to take antibiotics. You should drink plenty of water. Proper treatment depend upon findings.
