What Causes Frequent Urination?

Two days ago I started burning sensation and a quick cramp not during urination but when almost finshed urinating and today I started seeing blood spotting after wiping and the urge to urinate frequently even after i had just urinated I a m not sure what it is and never had anything like that before. A week ago I went to my GYN and had my annual check up and STD and all came back negative. Could you please help with an answer of what is going on til I see a urologist

Hello

Frequent and burning urination may be due to UTI(urinary tract infection) etc.

You may need proper clinical examination and routine investigations.
Investigations include routine hemogram,renal function test,ultrasound of abdomen,urine RE/ME and culture/sensitivity.
Nitrite test and leukocyte esterase test can be done for confirmation of UTI.

You may need to take antibiotics.
You should drink plenty of water.
Proper treatment depend upon findings.
