Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You should go for blood sugar test. You may have diabetes. It can leads to polydipsia(Drink plenty of water) and frequent urination problems. You can check HbA1c to check your average blood sugar of last 3 months. Your breathlessness and low stamina is mostly due to anemia. You should check your complete blood count and anemia profile. You may have iron deficiency or vitamin b12 deficiency or some other cause. Consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
