What Causes Frequent Urination?

why does my 4 year old grandson urinate so often...his sister only does maybe 3 times a day and he is more like 15 times or more... we have had his urine and blood checked. Anything else the Dr. should look for that this could be a sign of. He is in and out of the pool every 10 mins to urinate.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
When this of symptom is presented by presented to us by parents of 4 yr old child,
We ussually suspect diseases like type 1 diabetes malietus,
UTI- associated with pain during micturation, abdominal pain,
For this child has to undergo some blood test, urine analysis,if they comes to be normal and other examination is not significant, generally we label it as a pollikuria- its a self limiting day time urinating syndrome it may take a year to limit on its own.
Hope this information helps
