What Causes Frequent Urination?

I hv frequent urination problem specially during nigh, I am 67 ,I do not feel pain but some time feel and urge to urinate even after i have already urinated. Color of urine is mostly like water. Often flow is thin but some times it is like normal as that of my earlier life. I was operated upon for Hameoroids 2 years.

Thanks for asking.
Based on your clinical history and query, my opinion is as follows:
1. Prostate problem needs to be ruled out. Incomplete evacuation and urge are some of the symptoms. Even thin flow could be due to prostatic problem.
2. Avoid excess fluids during night.
3. There is no urinary tract infection. Proper sleep, regular exercise and bladder training is necessary.
