What Causes Frequent Vaginal Tearing After Intercourse?

I tore my cervix about 6 years ago and had stitches. They had no idea why, we had normal sex every time, no toys etc.. After intercourse yesterday I felt extreme in my cervix. Today I noticed what looked like a hole or tear inside the bumpy part which I am assuming is my cervix. I ve had much discomfort all day and there was a little spotting after intercourse. Could my cervix have tore again in the same spot? What should I do, is this a sign of something more serious?

Hello,

Consult a gynecologist and get evaluated.

As a first line management, you can apply low potency steroid creams like Betamethasone for symptomatic relief.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
