Hello and thanks for your question. As we age we tend to have thinner skin and slower metabolism which both can contribute to feeling cold. It is also a good idea to check with your doctor and make sure that your thyroid is working normally as a low thyroid hormone can make the sensation of feeling cold eve worse. Exercising regularly can help improve circulation and increase metabolism and may also help decrease the sensation of feeling very cold. Good luck to you in solving this problem.
