What Causes Fullness And Pressure In The Left Ear?

Hi, I work in a hospital, i have over the past few weeks had pain to the touch and the feeling of pressure and fullness in my left ear.....this occurs intermently. and when it does happen it is rather severe, then it just stops....when it happens, it scars me? Two years ago I lost the hearing in my left ear to what was diagnosed as Bells Palsy, that also effected by ability to swallow, which has returned......any thoughts???

Hi,
Feeling of fullness in the ear with pressure sensation intermittently indicates disarrangement of air pressure in and out of ear drum. In hospitals Air conditioner usage may aggravate the issue indicates You may have Deviated nasal septum with mismatch in nasal air passage and middle ear ventilation. Chech with your ENT dr for further evaluation. Take care.
