What Causes Fullness Feeling In Ear?

I have never had ear problems but yesterday my left year started making beeping sounds with every word I speak. It doesn t happen when I speak soft. No other symptoms than mild fullness sensation in ear. No dizziness or buzzing, no ringing or spinning. Today it happened when others talk too. Would appreciate a response. Thanks.

Hello
I think you have developed a eustachian tube dysfunction or a serous otitis media. Go for a nasal decongestant like sinarest twice a day for 7 days , if symptoms aggravate add an antibiotic. Also take steam inhalations. Have a proper checkup if needed.
Best of health....
