i am 31 yrs, height 5 2 , weight 69kg, Medical history OK. i am 9 mnths pregnant. Recently during a urine RE test i got 15-20 pus cells. My doc took a vaginal swab for testing and told me i was having fungal infection. Hello.
Welcome to HCM.
This is Dr. Swarnava Dattagupta answering your query.

Fungal infections are not uncommon during pregnancy. Generally they present with discharge, itching etc but also sometimes can be asymptotic and are incidental finding. But when diagnosed, these should be treated with oral or local antifungal drugs because infections need to be managed promptly during pregnancy. Talk to your doctor and get treated for your infection.

Hope this was useful.
