I am a 61 year male. I have been experiencing fungus problem around my neck and shoulders for some years. The vests I wear turn black around the same areas of the body affected by fungus. I request for a permanent cure. Further I notice that my body complexion almost remaining the same ( wheatish fair) my face is becoming dark, specially the areas near the temples and chin including the ears. Is it due to any hormonal imbalance? I am taking medicine for hypertension since 2001
