Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

Yes, cervical spondylosis sometimes causes dysphagia. Oral ulcers, infections and acid reflux may present like this. Use tablet Pantoprazole before breakfast for one week. Use cervical soft collar. Use neck support while sleeping. If symptoms not improved please consult with your ENT specialist or physician they will examine and treat you accordingly.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
