What Causes Genaralized Lympadenopathy?

hi, i'm 23 years old and last year i had genaralized lympadenopathy u later my family aquired the same symptoms with nausea and fatigue and know i have sore throat for more than two weeks and it seems it wont go away together with fatigue and nausea and headache and night fever, so please whats going on with me?

Hi.
The first and the foremost thing to do is to go for the investigations for lymphadenopathy.
I would advise :
*Complete blood picture.
*Examination of other sites of lymph nodes and * Ultrasonography to see whether there are lymph nodes and enlargement of the liver and spleen in abdomen.
*FNAC and if required the formal biopsy to see the diagnosis.
*** This can be tuberculosis , and other specific disorders like lymphoma and so on...
This is the most important step as this can be a serious matter. * Of course take a proper treatment once the diagnosis is established .
