What Causes Getting Little Water Bubbles Above My Nose?

I keep getting little water bubbles above my nose and it has spread above my eyebrows too. I have to wipe my face constantly. I don't think it's sweat because i'm not moving but it's a recent development and while it's not a big deal i'm curious as to why?
