What Causes Glans Discharge With Itching After Intercourse?

5 days after sex with my girlfriend I got itches in the head of my penis with a little yellowish discharge seen in my underwear. Worried about STI I went for a test and these were the test results Gram Stain Gram Positive Cocci (++) present Pus cells (++) present. The doctor gave me 1 pack of Foxitil - 500 but after 2 weeks nothing has changed. I m beggining to get worried. I don t have fever or soar throat. Just the itch in the head and the occasional yellowish discharge. What could be happening to me?
