What Causes Gold Balls Floating Around The Peripheral Vision In Eyes?

I see gold balls floating around the peripheral vision in my eyes. They are constant 24 hours a day. I see them with eyes closed or open. They seem to pop into the peripheral circle of my eyes and travel around it the disappear. No special time or pattern or stress seems to cause them. No headaches no pain. Please tell me what they mean.

these are floaters only. you have not given your age or other relevant history detail investigation like fundus examination, iot measurement, is to be done. general health check up to exclude diabetes and hypertension is to be done. your symptoms are more related to corneal detachment, tear or hole. once all investigation are complete proper diagnosis can be done. .
