Hello, You have not mentioned any past illness or cardiac problem. Since you are not comfortable with the sounds with each heart beat, you are suggested to get clinically examined by a cardiologist to rule out any cardiovascular disease developing like hypertension, arrhythmia, mitral valve regurgitation, etc. You will have to go through CBC, urinalysis, lipid function tests and imaging tests. Your treatment will depend on the pathology detected. You should get clinically examined by an ENT and get your ears examined to detect any embedded ear wax, infection or any pathology causing tinnitus.
