What Causes Gray Worm In Stool Of A 14 Month Baby?
My 14month old son, who had a fever and vomiting this week, passed a foul smelling stool with what looked like thin gray worms in it. About an inch long. He has also had foul smelling breath, which we had attributed to changing him from formula to cow's milk. What type of worm could it be? He is 23inches, 21lbs.

Worm may be seen in stool due to worm infestation in the stomach.
Do not worry just give him dose of albendazole(200mg) 5ml at night repeat after 15 days.
That should have solve the problem.
Also keep his nails trimmed thin.
