What Causes Green Colored Bowels, stomach Pain And Nausea?
Hi I have had green faeces tonight as well as stomach pain and nausea. This is not normal for me and dont know if it something to worry about ir not. I am gluten intolerant so am on a strict gluten free diet and I also have anorexia dont know if it is down to those but am a bit concerned and am unsure of what to do
Green coloured stool can occur in various conditions like excess unprocessed bile (which is to be digested by certain enzymes) or iron supplements or celiac disease or Protozoa infestation etc.
You need to see physician and get your stool R/M,ova and cyst examination with some routine blood works as well.
If you had a stomach pain and nausea then you should take symptommatic treatment like antispasmodics ,antiemetic and antacids available over the counter.
Consult physician for further treatment.
