What Causes Green Colored Skin Around The Mouth And Eyes?

I get greenish skin under my eyes and around my mouth 3-5 days before my period. Why does this happen? I am 43 years old, 5 ft. 1 in. tall and weigh about 98 lbs. I have been on a natural Estiol cream for about a year. No other meds. or birth control.
