What Causes Green Colored Stools And Vomiting?

Hi, i just noticed that my stool is green and fuzzy and dissipated v.quickly in the toilet bowl. I just had a v.funny case of food poisoning and was stooling and vomiting through out last week. Is there any advice you can give me or is there anything i need to look out for. Thank-you.

Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood your concerns.
Food poisoning should have been treated well once you have had diarrhea and vomiting.
Green colored fuzzy and dissipated stool is definitely indicative of an intestinal infection.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
send the stool sample for tests.
Blood for CBC, liver and kidney functions.
Ultrasound of abdomen.
Therapeutic trial with an appropriate antibiotic active against intestinal infection, metronidazole, probiotics, symptomatic and supportive treatment.
Maintain hydration well as well as electrolyte balance.
