What Causes Green Colored Stools In A Child?
Hi, My son is 4.5 months old. Since last 7-8 days he s been passing green stools which are gum like and smelly. Also he has become unsually hyperactive.He had his shots around 10days back. Could it be a stomach bug or is it a side effect of the shots?

It is neither. This is quite normal, and nothing to worry. Stools of infants vary widely in colour and consistency. Abnormal one is too water (as in diarrhea), too hard(painful to pass) or bloody stools. Stay relaxed.
