What Causes Green Diarrhea, Blood In Stool And Abdominal Cramps?

ok i will have had cramps and constipation for weeks and then diarea abd aventurly green water for 2 days the stool also was black ike and greenish in nature much stomach pain and abdominal pain included .. finally now had cramps and pure blood in the bowl. 2 times today rhe second time the blood was thicker in nature than the first time ,, trying to find a name for this on the internet can you help.?

Hi.

Noted the history and understood your concerns.
Green stool with black specks, then blood in stool, pain in abdomen is indicative of severe intestinal infection.
I would advise you hte following in such a situation:
Go to ER or get hospitalized as this can lead to gram negative septicemia and multiorgan failure if not found and treated in time.
You needs tests of stool, culture and sensitivity.
Blood: CBC, culture and sensitivity, liver, kidney functions.
X-ray and CT scan of the abdomen.
A course of antibiotic and metronidazole.
Probiotics and symptomatic treatment.
Intravenous fluid and electrolyte supplements.
Colonoscopy at a later date if indicated.
