What Causes Green Odourless Discharge, Cramping And Stomach Ache During Periods?
Hi, I am experiencing light green odorless discharge with bad cramping and a stomach ache This seems to happen around my menstrual cycle. I had an ultrasound and was told that I may be ovulating and that it can be painful. What could this possibly be?

It can be a vaginal infection like thrush or bacterial vaginosis. You can go for a vaginal swab to make a diagnosis.
As of now you can start on metronidazole empirically and use clotrimazole lotion for cleaning your genitals.
