What Causes Green Stools And Urine?

I've had dark green stools and light green urine the past 4 days.My bowel movements have occured more than twice a day(all very soft but not diarrhea), along with a swollen abdomen, abdominal pain, nausea, gurgling, and my lower chest feels tight. The only change I can think of is taking a benadryl 5 days ago but other than that I havent changed my diet or included any supplements or foods that would turn my stools color. What could possibly be the problem? Should I seek immediate medical attention or wait to consult a my doctor?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern although green stool is sign of less food taken and for the urine green urine could be due to the drink taken of that color it may not be the disease condition you have to eat properly avoid junk food and drink, have more water, if the condition persist then you can see the doctor for right diagnosis hope this information helps
