What Causes Green Watery Stool?
Hello..
My baby is 2months 20days.he is having green watery stool with mucos and notsleeping properly since 25days.i have done stool test and in it pus cells are 30-35 and reducing substances are 1+.please tell what can be the reason of this and is 35pus cells normal?

Passing green stool is normal..but 35 pus cells in stool report is abnormal.. Antibiotics will be needed to cure her infection
