What Causes Greenish Diarrhea While Taking Medicines For Strep Throat?

I was prescribed Z-Pack for strep throat. I was told to take that (per instructions) as well as Mucinex D and 600mg of Ibuprofen every 4-6 hours. Now I am on day 3 of medication and I have been having bright green diarrhea that is 90% liquid. Everything I eat or drink puts me on the toilet within the hour. I no longer feel sick from the strep throat but I have a very sour stomach and I am afraid to eat or drink. Should I be concerned about the green diarrhea? Anything I should do? It has been bright green for a day now and I have had to sit on the toilet more times than I can count on both hands and both feet.

Greetings.
I am of the opinion that it's normal to get loose stools while taking antibiotic medication. Loose stools stops once the course of treatment is completed and problem is temporary. If severe loose stools with cramps and interfering normal activity, it's advisable to see the doctor to rule out any other cause apart from the one mentioned above. Take care of your health.
