What Causes Greenish Stool With 6-8 Pus Cells /hpf In Babies?

my 5.5 mnths old baby s stool routine report shows 6-8 pus cells /hpf.is it to worry abt and wat is the cause.we are giving him vizilac thrice a day and ofloxacin twice a day .vizilac since 7 days and ofloxacin since 4 days. he is passing greenish stool which is sometimes loose ,6-8 times a day as agnst 1-2 times when normal.his frequency of stool since 3 days has been quite erratic.2nd day of ofloxacin he passed stool 4 times and and 3rd day 6 times and 4th day 7 times which is sometimes loose also.plz advice.

Hi,

If there is no fever, no blood in stools and baby is playful, this can be taken as normal and no need of any treatment. Green color is pretty normal in this age.
