What Causes Grey Blisters On Penis Shaft?

Hi i noticed that on the shaft of my penis i have a couple small greyish and smooth blisters and some look to be filled with a clear liquid inside them. They dont itch and are painless, ive had them now for as long as i can remember, they never disapear and ive noticed over time that one or two more may appear. Can you tell me what this might be? I also have pearly papules and sebaceous prominence and these blister look completely different from them.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, such lesion could be due to viral infection here the warts need to be ruled out, if this does not comes around on its own then it needs clinical examination and some time may need some investigation hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
