What Causes Grey Color Penis After Unprotected Anal Sex?

ok so... i got realy drunk one night and had unprotected anal sex, i have been woried about this for a while and dont know what to do. this may be me just being parinoid but the tip of my penis is turning slightly grey but not the whole thing just the underside of the tip.
