What Causes Grinding Huger Feeling In My Chest?
It feels like there is a crab in my chest then it crawls up into my throat. Its like a grinding feeling of hunger in my chest and throat it pulses. It doesnt hurt its just this grinding hunger feeling. Its funny because I can seriously feel the grind in my stomack to. Is it gas?

dear usually there is peristaltic movements in gastrointestinal tract. it is like rhythmically chrning movements of the Bowel. do nothing to worry about it but if you observe painful movements with vomiting or constipation please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
