Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Groin pain is not a symptom of haemorrhoids. Haemorrhoids are associated with anal pain along with bleeding from anus or blood stained stool. Groin pain might be due to hernia extending upto scrotal sac or because of orchitis, epididymitis or torsion of testis.

My advice is you should consult surgeon for proper examination and diagnosis.

I hope I have answered your query. Let me know if you have any further questions.
Regards,
Dr. Hiren Hirpara
