What Causes Growth In The Ear Diminishing The Hearing By 90%?
i have a growth in my right ear canal, my PCP s PA referred me to an ENT, it prevents observation of the entire hearing membrane and has deminished my hearing by 90% in that ear. What are the possibilities? Must it be cancer or perhaps a benign mass, like a mole?
hello, thanks for your query, it could b bony mass like osteoma, lipoma or simple polyp or kerotis obturans( special form of wax). till u remove and send for histopathalogical examination , it's difficult to tell its benign or malignant. hope for d best, go ahead for removal. hope I have answered ur query. all d best. take care.
