For a couple of years I have had a gurgling sensation on my left lung. No pain but it feels uncomfortable and definately as if something isn't right. When I breath in or out either slow or fast it carries on in a specific place for a few seconds. I'm a 31 male, otherwise healthy and quit smoking 5 months ago (only ever a light smoker) Not sure what it could be.
