What Causes Gurgling Sound In Chest And Shortness Of Breath?
I am hearing a crackling/gurgling sound highup in my chest and feeling short of breathe. I have been feeling really fatigued for few weeks. Doc checked bloods and all fine apart from borderline b12, do you have any thoughts on what the problem could be? I do not have a cough. I do have headache and some general aches and pains around abdomen

definitely there is some problem in your lungs; blood reports could not detect it; a chest X-ray is necessary!
there could be fluid collection in the pleural cavity restricting the lung movements: underlying cause is possibly a silent chronic infection.
