What Causes Habit Of Continuous Smacking Lips At The Age Of 90?

Good Evening. My 89 year old mother has developed this habit of smacking her lips and sounds as if she is constantly eating chewing sweets despite having nothing in her mouth. What could it be please. She has become forget and often shuffles along lately.

3-Complex partial seizure
4-Brain tumor
