What Causes Hair Fall With Irregular Periods In A 25 Year Old?

Hi m 25 years women.. when I was 12 years old I started with my periods but it stopped soon after two three months cycle .. then I got a check up it cms out that my ovary contains cycset ... docter gave me some pills called diani ... nd ask me to lose weight .. I gained weight ... some one told me diani is a contraceptive so I stopped taking it ... after that I lose weight did some gyming nd loses 25 kg weight ... nw m again suffering from irregular or some times non stop periods... I went for scanning but my ovary is clear now... so why nw m suffering from hair fall and irregular periods? How can I overcome my hair fall nd period problem

Irregularity n period requires detailed evaluation to rule out hormonal issues like polycystic ovaries, hyperthyroidism. Follow up with your OBGYN to get blood investigations done.
