What Causes Hair Loss And Thinning Of Eye Lashes In Pregnancy?

Hello, I am 20 weeks pregnant and the last month I ve noticed my eyelashes thinning, and they ve become shorter.Last night I noticed my facial hair has almost diminished and my body hair growth has become very slow.Also this is my second time around pregnancy and I ve noticed my hair is still shedding a lot.Is this something to be alarmed about?Please help me...I m really worried.

This is not uncommon, as it affects somewhere between 40 to 50% of women; but like most changes during pregnancy, it is temporary.
this is not something to alarmed about.
