I don't wake up in the mornings, I have to be woken up, I manage to wake up at about 3 pm sometimes. I have a loss of hair on the back of my head and a cough. None of these symptoms Are getting too much worse, but ive had them a long time, what is it?

The loss hair in the back could be due to longtime pressure in that area... which leads to hair loss due to pressure... and cough could be due to aspiration.
