my uncle is 65 and now from one night till the next has went from talking perfect till the next day is talking out of his head about things the are not there and jurrking very bad and his touge is out of his mouth when he is doing his eposoid.then 2 minutes later he don t know what he said

Infact such symptoms when developed acutely must be taken seriously . This may occur with certain drugs or overdose.Other causes include stroke or more seriously infection inside the brain .So I would advise you must take him to ER urgently for analysis .
