What Causes Hand Pain?

hey a week a go i was savinga football as goalkeeper and when i took the ball i had this huge pain in my right hand now a week after i am abit blue at the side of the hand right next to the littlefinger it hurts all the time may it be a frakture or something

Sir, blue discolouration is of little concern. It might be fracture though not severe. Try to consult local orthopaedician and get X ray done and have further evaluation.
