What Causes Hands And Feet Of A 6 Month Baby To Be Cold And Blue?

my son is six months old. his hands and feet are often cold and sometimes become blue for some time and then comes white or sometimes become normal.



pls let me know.



also he cries and not control sometimes specially when he is hungary or when want to sleep.

Hi....I suggest you these possibilities...
1. It could be acrocyanosis or bluish discoloration due to ambient temperature.
2. It could be a breathe holding spell...as you say he cries a lot & alternatively color changes between blue and white.
3. Though very unlikely when its not continuous bluishness...I would like to rule out s structural heart disease.
