I have to questions, One when I sleep my hands fall asleep mostly i realize it in the morning when I m waking up because it s a little uncomfortable almost painful. About two years ago it was the joints in my hands and I went to a doctor and they told me it wasn t arthritis( it stopped when I was pregnant and started up again now a few months after giving birth) but now it s my whole hand.
