What Causes Hanging Down Of Skin Above The Testicles?
The area of skin above the testicles on the left side is hanging down and outward a little. There's slight uncomfortable pain. The right side is normal. If you were to move your finger on the line over the testicles like a car on the road my finger goes along the line on the right side but when my finger gets to the left side there is a swollen patch of hanging skin there. What could this be?

I really appreciate your concern, I could say that the testicle skin is highly temperature sensitive and this goes on changing according to room temperature or surrounding, in hot it goes down and in cold this comes close to abdominal wall, and this is nothing to worry, take care.
