What Causes Hard And Mushy Stools With Hole In Middle?

I just had a bowel movement that was very constipated, but half of it was large and very hard and the other half was very mushy and soft. There was a lot of color (red & white) in the softer part and a weird hole in the middle. Why is there a hole (size of a small pencap) in my poo ?
