What is the significance of a hard, painless bump deep inside the wall of the vagina? It feels as hard as metal or bone...I am 62. No problematic symptoms...good health overall, and no sexual relationships for many years, so infection is out of the question.
Hi, From history it seems that there might be having Bartholin gland cyst producing painless lump in that area. Another possibility of having prolapse of uterus giving rise lump feeling in the wall of vagina. Consult Gynaec and get examined. Ok and take care.
