What Causes Hard Heart Beats?
My heart sometimes beats very hard and I feel like I might pass out when this happens. I get very pale and dizzy. I have had test done on my heart including monitor for 2 weeks. All results came back normal. I have np blockage in arteries either. This can happen at any point during the day. What is my next step? Very frustrating.

If all the cardiac investigations are normal, i think this rapid heart beat could be due to panic attacks.
You must take a psychiatrist opinion.
Anyhow, you should practice relaxation exercises like deep breathing and meditation.
Drink a glass of cold water when you feel that heart beat is increasing.
Ensure that you take a good night's sleep and eat properly.
