What Causes Hard Lump Under The Chin?

I have a hard lump the size of a penny under my chin it s in the middle and it has been the for 7+ months no it grow and shrinks. For the last month and a half it has been the size of a penny and hard as a rock. I have seen multiple doctors ent, allergist, dentist etc I have gotten a xray, ct scan, mri and allergy test but none show any signs of swollen lymph nodes or cyst it almost like nothing is there inside. I have been on antibiotics multiple time like every other month. I have gotten my wisdom teeth pulled however the lump still remains the only thing the doctors have managed to rule outbid cancer. Any ideas what this could possibly be??
