What Causes Hard Raised Lumps On Back?

during a deep tissue massage yesterday, the therapist found two hard raised lumps on my back just below the bra line. they are on each side of the spine. symmetrical. no pain at all. i m heavy breasted so the back of my bra has dug in at that point for many many years. should i get it checked
